Shipping policy

Within Canada: Orders can be shipped with standard letter mail, additional shipping upgrades can be purchased with tracking/insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels shipped without tracking or purchased  without  insurance. We are not responsible for  orders placed with incorrect  shipping addresses  that  become  lost  in  transit. Orders placed should be received within 1-2 weeks after the package is sent out for delivery - We are not responsible for delays that may occur with the delivery providers.

To the U.S / International: Orders can be shipped with standard letter mail, additional shipping upgrades can be purchased with tracking/insurance. International: Orders are shipped through Chitchats with full tracking included Orders placed should be received within 1-2 weeks after the package is sent out for delivery - We are not responsible for delays that may occur with the delivery providers.

Local car meet pick-up: We provide free pick-up to local customers attending car meets. It is the customers responsibility to contact us to set up DM/Email correspondence, We try our best to coordinate with our customers and will provide location, time and date through Email/DM of when we will be there. If in the event the customer is unable to go to the meet, please contact us and we will reschedule. If in the event we are unable to make it we will reach out to reschedule and offer a refund if requested. We maintain the right to deny this service at any time.
